Multiple power outages across Donegal tonight with 3500 home with no power due to thunderstorms
There have been multiple power outage across Donegal tonight due to thunderstorms passing over the county leading to lighting heavy wintry showers and strong winds.
Up to 3500 ESB customers are without power.
ESB crews are en route as to the area that the fault occurred to try and find the problem and get power restored. power could take up to three hours to be restored but could also be restored quicker if the reason is found.
