HEAVY RAIN SPREADING IN FROM THE WEST THIS MORNING AND TURNING HEAVY IN THE WEST AND NORTH
A weather front will move in of the Atlantic this morning moving southwest to northwest across parts of Ireland with heavy pulses of rain across the west and north of Ireland over the day and night.
Rain can also be expected across Ulster and Leinster put not as heavy there as the main band passes over the west and north of Ireland. Some parts of the East and South may stay dry over the day as the weather front dies out when clearing northeastern areas.
This rainfall will clear just after midnight into the early hours of Wednesday morning. Spot flooding will be possible over Connacht and Ulster today and tonight as rain will be persistent at times
