IRISH BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND FORECAST - TEMPERATURES IN THE LOW 20S AND SUNNY
The good news is that temperatures over next weekend the June bank holiday weekend are set to stay warm with temperatures into the low 20s on current model runs with high pressure staying in charge well into the start of June.
Into the first week of June the Jetstream looks set to stay well north above Ireland with high pressure sitting over Ireland and the UK leading to settle dry and warm conditions with a less of a risk of thunderstorms too.
Going into the second week of June it does look like the weather will turn much more unsettled with below average heights over western Europe and the jet stream diving back down southwards towards Ireland and the UK with low pressure in charge turning things much more unsettled. So in other words back to the normal Irish weather.
Temperatures over the bank holiday weekend look like the will be in the high teen for most areas and into the low 20s across the west, northwest and north to at times.
I will update on this again in the next 1 to 2 days when details become that bit clearer on next weekends forecast.
