High pressure to build later next week and over next weekend with settled weather
A ridge of high pressure will build over the new week across Ireland and straighten over the end of this week and weekend to give nice find dry weather with sunshine at times also. High pressure will start to build early this week but there still will be some shower on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday as Ireland will only sit under the outer edge of the high pressure system which will also some rain, drizzle and showers.

It will also turn warmer and humid at the start of the week with temperatures in the high teens to low 20s the reason for this is due to a southeast to easterly airflow bring warmer air from the continent.
Come the end of the week and next weekend as that ridge of high pressure sits over Ireland it will bring fine weather with little to no rain with plenty of sunshine. Temperatures early next week and mid week will range between 18C to 23C but then dropping to around 15C to 19C/20C on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
For Farmers this will be a good opportunity to get one final cut done before the weather turns to unsettled and cooler with many farmers out there at the moment look for settled and drier weather.
Thursday to Sunday next week look dry with good bright and sunny spells with Monday also look dry but still some uncertainty yet on Monday the 21st of September.
