TRAFFIC ALMOST AT A STANDSTILL ON THE M7 AS HEAVY SNOW HITS PARTS OF IRELAND
Storm Freya passed just to the south of Ireland today with heavy rainfall turning to sleet and snow over parts of Munster and Leinster. Heavy snow is now falling over Leinster with snow also reported in Dublin City .
The image above shows the latest conditions on the M7 towards Dublin just outside Naas. Traffic almost at a standstill.
